The bus got in a bit after 5. I got a cab over to La Cupula, which according to my guide book is fantastic, with the intention of seeing if they had a room. I took one look at the piss-smelling dirt track leading down from the road to the entrance and decided I'd make do with Hotel Utama next door. My guide book says this place often gets the overflow from La Cupula. There's no wi-fi (I am getting sick of this) but it's otherwise quite pleasant, and at 140 Bolivianos a night it's moderately cheap.
