Not moving

It's 2:30 (Sunday 7th). We stopped at El Alto to pick up more passengers and we are just sat here not going anywhere. The bus is practically full now but I suspect the fuckers are hanging around to fill the last seat or something. What a load of crap.
Oh good, we're finally moving. I wonder if the quoted three hour journey time includes this.
